Can event organizers pay after the event?
No, business customers and organizers are asked to pay an initial deposit to confirm the rental-agreement.
The balance must be paid before the start of the event.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, prices on the website are shown including VAT.
VAT is applied according to European VAT regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
How are chairs shipped?
For sales and smaller deliveries, chairs are shipped via GLS.
For large rental projects, we use dedicated transport with our own logistics team.

How long does GLS delivery take?

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Warranty
What warranty do your gaming chairs have?
All new chairs come with a manufacturer’s warranty, covering:

The warranty period is 2 years.
Is wear and tear covered by the warranty?
No. Normal wear and tear, scratches, and cosmetic damage are not covered.
The warranty covers functional defects only.
What if a rented chair breaks during an event?
No worries. Our on-site team will replace or repair the chair immediately so you can continue playing without interruption.
If an immediate repair isn’t possible, another chair will be provided. This may be a different model then the one you rented.
If no replacement chair is available, you will get a full refund.
Who is responsible for damage during a rental?
The event organizer or the renter is responsible for:
- Lost chairs or parts
- Misuse
- Serious damage
This is covered through the rental agreement. If you have family insurance, they will probably reimburse the damage.
How do I make a warranty or service request?

How to rent your gamingchair?
First and for all, make sure you have reserved your ticket for the lanparty itself 🙂
When renting a chair, you will still need to buy a ticket for the event itself!
By renting a gamingchair on this site, you agree to the rental agreement.
How will I get my rented chair?
Your chair is available for pick-up at the start of the event.
Show your rental confirmation mail to the GCE-crew or the event-organizer.
How can I return my chair when I leave the event?
When leaving the event early, return your chair to a member of the organisation.
When leaving at the end of the lanparty, return your chair to someone from the GCE-team.
I like the chair! Can I buy it?
Sure you can! Ask the GCE-team at the event
I damaged the chair or there are parts missing
Chair damaged or missing parts? Then the price of a new chair will be charged.
The damaged chair becomes your property.
Can I buy a new chair upfront and get it delivered at the event?
That is possible.
