Your chair is available for pick-up at the start of the lanparty. Show your rental confirmation mail upon pick-up.
When leaving the lanparty early, return your chair to a member of the organisation. When leaving at the end of the lanparty, return your chair to someone of the GCE-team

Chair damaged or missing parts? Then the price of a new chair will be charged
